Mushtaq Dar joined Sheffield Haworth as Senior Associate-Talent Acquisition in Global Talent Acquisition team and focuses on internal recruitment for Sheffield Haworth. Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, he had a short stint with Reliance Retail as Deputy Manager-Talent Acquisition at Chairmans Office, Mumbai. Before this, he was with WNS Global Services for more than 2.5 years as Senior Associate, Research. He worked for Heidrick & Struggles and provided support to their Client Operations Group and Leadership Hiring team globally in Executive Search and Talent Mapping across various functions and industries: Consumer Markets, Financial Services, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Industrial, Private Equity, Technology, Professional & Consulting Services. Mushtaq has a varied academic background. He holds Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from University of Kashmir and Master’s degree in Management from Amity University and also holds a Master’s in Public Administration.
He is from Tangmarg, a small town near famous Skiing resort Gulmarg, Kashmir. This is fitting as he is quite the adventurer and enjoys Skiing, Trekking, Hiking, and allied adventure activities.
