We all realise the importance of creativity but what are organisations doing to attract creative individuals particularly at a leadership level? And how, once these individuals have been onboarded into organisations, do they ensure that creativity is embedded, maintained and nurtured within the culture of the organisation.
Ben Johnson, Head of the Insurance Practice, recently spoke to Richard Sant, Head of Careers and Employability at the University of Arts London, where a recent study carried out by Hitachi Capital, found that students who did more arts based degrees are more likely to go into business start-ups or management after graduation than those with more traditional subjects.
