Beyond the day-to-day, we foster a sense of community through regular client events and company get-togethers across the globe. These provide opportunities to build relationships, share insights, and celebrate our successes collectively. Whether it’s a networking event, an awards ceremony, a charitable endeavour, or a social outing, these moments help us stay connected and aligned as a team.
At Sheffield Haworth, we’re passionate about not just the impact we make with the organisations and people we work with, but the legacy we’re creating on environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
We have a responsibility to ensure that we promote inclusion and diversity, good governance and minimise our environmental impact in everything we do.
Sheffield Haworth has a very entrepreneurial spirit and genuinely gives people opportunities at any age and stage of their careers. What is unique about the company is the access you get as an Associate to senior leaders in the business who are more than willing to share their knowledge and experiences with you – something which you don’t get at a larger firm.”
Managing Director, Wealth & Asset Management Practice, New York
“I really enjoy the close collaboration with my managers and other senior individuals, which helps to foster real-time learning and development as well as mentorship. I’m fortunate to work with great people who are smart, driven and engaged, which helps to contribute to a strong internal culture. The firm is also entrepreneurial and meritocratic, with clear frameworks around career progression but without too much rigidity. Everyone is encouraged to take on responsibility as they feel comfortable, and their success is celebrated and rewarded.”
Consultant, Real Estate Practice, New York
“I joined the business in 2013, which was initially nbi consulting and later acquired by Sheffield Haworth, as an Intern in the London office. Since then, I have had the opportunity to work in Hong Kong, Singapore and most recently Dubai. What I love most about my role is being able to work with great colleagues across multiple geographies and having fun doing really impactful work for clients. I really enjoy being part of the growth journey of the consulting and professional services practice; growing our key accounts across multiple geographies and seeing the positive impact our work has had on our clients.”
Director, Consulting & Professional Services, Dubai
“Within my first few weeks of joining the company, I found myself on client and candidate calls, as well as attending a fascinating SpaceTech conference. I’ve taken greater responsibility on client calls and I’m now the sole researcher on searches in conjunction with a consultant. This clear path of progression was one of the reasons I wanted to join the company.”
Senior Associate, Technology Practice, London
“Sheffield Haworth has given me the confidence to think bigger and be able to sell and deliver work at scale. I’ve also learned to collaborate with others across the team and the wider business.”
Managing Director, Professional Services, London

Our training programmes are designed specifically for the stage you are at in your career, whether as an associate, mid-level, or senior management, and many of our Managing Directors have worked their way up through the organisation from associate level.
If you’re just starting your career, our associate programme will motivate, challenge, and ultimately equip you with all the skills required to become a successful search consultant or researcher.
