Due diligence assessment of key executives and teams at an asset management firm, in preparation for a potential acquisition by our client. Followed by evaluations of risk and compliance, as well as technology due diligence.
Research Platform Assessment and Implementation
We have been engaged to conduct an impact assessment and implement a new Research Management System for a Leading Asset Manager, intended for use by Public and Private Investment teams worldwide. We are leading the assessment and supporting the delivery of this program.
Regulatory Remediation
We have worked on regulatory initiatives for Asset Management clients, focusing on advisory services and project delivery for Consumer Duty, EMIR, MiFID II, and others across jurisdictions such as FCA, PRA, FED, ECB, and FINMA.
Client Platform Redesign and Build
We established a top-tier Transformation Office to enhance portfolio management and drive the technology program. This involved designing the program management layer to oversee Product Fleets, Engineering, and Architecture while engaging with senior stakeholders.
3rd Party Risk Strategy and Design
Our client were de-merging to become an independent FTSE-100 Co. with the requirement to deliver an integrated approach to outsourcing and third-party risk management to replace the patchwork arrangements that existed in the firm and to meet the requirements of the PRA’s Supervisory Statement S2/21.
