Manav joined Sheffield Haworth as a Senior Associate in 2022 based in India. He has almost five years of experience in C-Suite leadership hiring. Previously, Manav was with PeopleSquare as a Consultant, where he worked on end-to-end execution of mandates in the FMCG sector. Prior to this, he was with EMA Partners for over three and half years as a Consultant where he worked on core execution of challenging roles across manufacturing, technology, and FMCG sectors. He has also assisted Partners with business development initiatives by providing actionable insights on clients, competitors, industry trends, benchmarking industry practices, and mapping C-level executives. Before pursuing executive search, he spent two years handling operations at Maersk. Manav holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Institute of Technology and Management with a specialization in Marketing.
