Malini joins Sheffield Haworth as Senior Executive Assistant, working closely with the Chairperson and Country Head for Sheffield Haworth India.
She is a goal-oriented professional with over 25 years of experience across Business Support, Executive Assistance, Internal Governance, PMO, Office Administration, Operations, and Customer Care.
Prior to this, Malini spent four years with Executive Access, where she managed the CEO’s office. In this role, she also oversaw accounts receivable and supported a range of operational and administrative functions. In addition, she was an active member of the Employee Engagement team, organizing several internal and external events, including offsites.
Earlier in her career, Malini worked with leading organizations including Max Healthcare, Heidrick & Struggles, and HCL, where she held diverse roles spanning Executive Assistance, Operations, Patient Experience, and PMO.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Delhi. In her free time, Malini enjoys spending time with her family & friends, exploring different cuisines, and playing with her pet.
