Andrew is a Managing Director in the Asset Management practice at Sheffield Haworth. He has spent his career focusing on hiring senior investment and distribution professionals into fund management organisations based across the US and Europe. Andrew originally started his career with Sheffield Haworth in 2011 and holds a BScEcon in Politics from Cardiff University.
Chris leads the Private Equity & Asset Management practice in North America. Previously, he was a partner and ran the Asset Management practice for a leading search firm for eight years. Christopher has extensive experience conducting leadership, investment and distribution searches within the traditional and alternative Asset Management sectors, as well as advising on succession and talent planning. He began his executive recruiting career in 2002 and has worked with investment management clients in North America, Europe and Asia.
Charles is the Global Head of the Asset Management practice and has been with Sheffield Haworth since 2000, helping to establish the firm’s Asset Management practice. He has completed numerous assignments for a range of domestic and international asset managers, including CEOs, heads of desk, senior portfolio managers, analysts, distribution leadership, salespersons and product managers across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, Charles was instrumental in developing the Investment Banking and Asset Management businesses at his previous search firm.
