Her youngest child, Stephen is on the autism spectrum and despite the challenges he is now a successful mailman in a hospital  who is thriving. Isabel Ruiz Halter,  Director in the Global Real Assets team and part of the neurodiversity work stream at Sheffield Haworth discusses with Maureen, Stephens’ journey through childhood to adulthood and how the support he received from both his family and the educational system has maximized his skillset to find a job he loves.
