In this series of podcasts we talk with business leaders and experts about different aspects of diversity and the opportunities and challenges that it presents to individuals and organisations.  Our guests have direct or lived experience and we explore their stories and share learnings which can be used to further inclusion within organisations.

This month, our podcast looks at physical impairment.  Almost everyone will temporarily or permanently experience disability at some point in their life.  Sheffield Haworth’s Executive Chairman, Tim Sheffield, recently sat down with six – time Australian Paralympic gold medallist, Heath Francis.  They discussed how Heath overcame the challenges of his impairment and seized the opportunity to become a leading star on the track.  They also talked about his successful transition into corporate life post his sporting career.
