Alice leads our global CEO & Board Practice, advising boards on search, effectiveness and succession. She spent eight years at Heidrick & Struggles as Regional Managing Partner of the CEO and Board Practice for EMEA, led People Operations for Google in Northern Europe, and was a senior leader in McKinsey & Company’s Organisation Practice. Published on board effectiveness, she holds an MBA from the London School of Economics.
