A Hogan Accredited Assessor, Fran partners with clients to deliver retained search mandates, leadership assessment programmes, targeted team lifts alongside identifying acquisition targets. Ahead of joining SH, Fran spent 5 years with a City based boutique search firm where she built the global Asset Servicing offering and prior to this was a Consultant at another boutique specialising in Private Equity. Fran returns to Sheffield Haworth having spent her early research career with the firm and leads our DEI Socio-Economic diversity group.
