Dan MacNeill is a Director within the Technology Practice, joining Sheffield Haworth in February 2021. Dan partners with with Deep Tech businesses across Europe, covering a broad range of technologies including Semiconductor, Photonics, Robotics, Space Tech, EV, Battery Tech, Nanomaterials, Sensor, Energy and Industrial IoT. Dan has a specific focus on Executive Level and Board hires across C-suite, President, VP, SVP, Director, NED, and Chair. He has over 10 years’ experience recruiting within the Technology and Engineering sector throughout the UK, Europe, and APAC. He began his career in executive search at Eden Scott in 2010. In 2012, he relocated to Singapore to gain international experience before returning to Eden Scott in Edinburgh. Throughout his career he has developed a real passion for the Deep Tech sector, contributing to the growth of start-up and scale-up businesses who develop and manufacture disruptive, state of the art technology. He holds a degree in Business Law from Glasgow Caledonian University.
