Henry is a Managing Director and holds over 15 years search experience. Working within the buy-side practice, he focuses on alternatives and private markets, specifically Debt Funds and Private Equity, supporting clients with their growth ambitions. Henry has partnered with a wide range of businesses, supporting clients with strategic initiatives across both investment and capital raising functions. He began his career at a boutique search firm covering the structuring space on the sell-side, before specialising on the debt markets, originating and executing a wide range of mandates across trading and sales.
As CEO Alex is responsible for all practices globally within Sheffield Haworth. Additionally, he oversees the Alternative Investments business. Alex focuses on senior executive search in financial services, working in partnership with a range of clients including Institutional Investors, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, Alternative Investors and Investment Banks. Alex has a notable track record of executing senior searches across several different functional and specialist areas, including at CEO, CIO, CFO and COO level. Alex has worked at Sheffield Haworth for 20 years and before that worked on the structured finance desk of a search firm in London. He started his career as an economic and political consultant at the European Economic and Financial Centre. Alex holds a degree in Geography from King’s College London university.
Nicholas is a Managing Director supporting the Asset Management and Alternatives practices. Since the end of 2017 he has been focused on leading our Infrastructure practice across Europe. Based in London, he is responsible for executing senior-level assignments across Real Assets and Alternatives. Prior to this, he worked at Veni Partners for nearly two years, where he specialised in the research and execution of Investment Banking mandates. Nicholas graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts, having double majored in economics and international development, with a minor in sociology. He is fluent in French.
Chris leads the Private Equity & Asset Management practice in North America. Previously, he was a partner and ran the Asset Management practice for a leading search firm for eight years. Christopher has extensive experience conducting leadership, investment and distribution searches within the traditional and alternative Asset Management sectors, as well as advising on succession and talent planning. He began his executive recruiting career in 2002 and has worked with investment management clients in North America, Europe and Asia.
