Health & wellbeing

Employee wellbeing is crucial to our success. We offer flexible working to maintain a healthy work-life balance, allowing our staff to choose when and how often they come to the office.
Our employee wellbeing programme offers practical advice on dealing with stress, as well as teaching stretching and meditation techniques. Our London HQ also has a dedicated wellness room for anyone needing a little time out or a quiet space.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

A diverse and inclusive workforce increases efficiency, governance, and innovation within organisations, while also promoting a fairer and more engaged society. We consider it our responsibility to support our clients to improve their diversity, equity, and inclusion. But we also work hard to set a good example, promoting diversity and inclusion within our own business through rigorous training, assessment, and fair recruitment practices. We are also active supporters and partners to a number of organisations advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion. Find out more about the organisations we are partnered with here.

Community Engagement

We’re passionate about giving back to our communities. We’ve raised tens of thousands of pounds for charities such as Cancer Research, Make A Wish Foundation, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, and LGBTQ+ groups. We offer all our staff two paid days off per year for volunteering.

We partner with social enterprises including Envision to provide mentoring to disadvantaged schoolchildren as well as Women In Need (WIN) to provide coaching and advice on interview techniques, with mothers looking to get back into employment. We are also proud to be part of the 10,000 Black Interns initiative, supporting young black people with internship programmes across our organisation. Additionally, we regularly take on work experience students to introduce them to the exciting and fast paced nature of talent consultancy.

Environmental Reporting

Our team is also on the way to achieving the ISO 140001 environmental accreditation for enhancing our environmental management. But we’re not stopping there. We have a clear responsibility to minimise our environmental impact, just as our clients do. That’s why we’re enhancing our environmental reporting so we can measure the full effect of all our business activities, relay them to key stakeholders, and put in place clear and actionable targets for improvement.

Onboarding of executives

The time to impact for newly appointed executives is getting shorter. Onboarding senior leaders can start early via leadership assessment and individual coaching. We have a team of experienced coaches and a range of cutting-edge tools to assess and onboard new hires, as well as your existing teams and individuals. Our consultants can work with you to identify skills gaps, undertake succession planning, and build talent pipelines specifically designed to help you create an inclusive and diverse business fit for the future.

Event Participation

We regularly host events across APAC, Europe, and the Americas shining a spotlight on different aspects of diversity. These events provide practical advice which can be implemented within your organisation, wherever you are in the world. Previous webinars have included, ‘The Path to Racial Equity on Wall Street,’ ‘Inclusion and Diversity in the Middle East: Gender Equity’ and ‘A Step Change for Disability in the Workplace’. Our consultants are often invited to take part in podcasts, networking forums and industry events to share insights on the latest approaches to DEI for senior leaders.
