Talia is an Executive Director in our Professional Services practice, based in New York. She brings over 15 years of recruitment experience, having started her career in London with Hays, where she focused on senior appointments within the professional services sector. She later moved in-house with Deloitte, leading consulting recruitment across the UK and Switzerland. Most recently, Talia spent over seven years with RDW, where she led senior searches across professional services clients in areas such as Strategy & Operations, Human Capital/HR, and Technology.
Talia has lived in three countries and speaks three languages fluently. She holds a qualification in occupational psychology.
