Steve is the Learning & Development Manager at Sheffield Haworth, within the Global HR team, where he is responsible for enhancing and developing the L&D strategy, onboarding, talent management and career development. Prior to joining, Steve worked with HS2 as a Training and Development Manager and at Robert Walters as Group Talent Development Manager. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Statistics from Leeds University, his hobbies include travel, photography and baking highly calorific cakes.
