Seal Llego is an Associate in the Change Consulting practice based in London.
Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, Seal studied Modern Languages at the University of Cambridge, achieving a first-class degree. Following this, she worked in student recruitment, managing the full admissions cycle whilst also leading projects across marketing, scholarships, and pastoral support. She also brings international experience from a strategic communications internship at Brunswick Group in Paris, servicing clients in the technology, financial services, energy, and luxury sectors.
Seal has a strong passion for social mobility, currently volunteering as a futures mentor in a local sixth form. She loves travelling, reading, and staying active through running and reformer Pilates.
