Monica joins Sheffield Howarth India with over 13 years of experience at Korn Ferry as Managing Director, Head of APAC for Financial Services, and India Leader for Board & CEO Services. She has partnered with prominent Indian and international financial services firms to recruit top talent for Board of Directors, CEOs, and CXOs.
Before her executive search career began in 2012, Monica spent nearly 20 years in leadership roles at organizations such as HSBC, MasterCard, and Unilever. She is a co-author of significant studies, including “Board Chair of the Future” and “Boards That Lead,” and was honored as the “Woman Business Leader of the Year, Insurance” in 2010.
Monica started her professional journey in 1993 as a Management Trainee at Unilever and holds a Master of Finance & Control and an Economics Honors degree from Delhi University. At Sheffield Howarth, she aims to utilise her extensive expertise to deliver exceptional results for clients and candidates.
