Mel is a Project Coordinator in the Private Equity & Asset Management practice based in the United States. Prior to joining us, Mel spent six years with the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office as Office Administrator. She also has over 20 years of experience at New York corporate law firms, focusing on corporate and securities, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Mel holds a degree in Political Science from Queens College, and enjoys reading, fitness, and spending time outdoors.
