Kapil is an Associate Consultant with Sheffield Haworth India, based in Delhi NCR. He joined in Dec 2019 from the Adecco Group, where he worked as a Principal Consultant focusing on the Industrials and Engineering sector. He has vast experience in managing CXO level mandates across Industrial, Consumer Technology, Consulting and FMCG. He has also worked closely with leading Conglomerates in India to identify the executive talent and has supported them on their people objectives. Earlier, he worked at BMW Group and Audi India in Corporate and Diplomatic Sales role. He started his career as a Cabin Crew with Jet Airways and till date has 6000+ flying hours across 24 international cities. Kapil holds a Bachelor’s degree from Delhi University with an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Pune.
