Justin Gault is a Managing Director in the Financial Officers Practice, based in the London office. He has over 16 years’ experience in executive search and talent management, and specialises in the appointment of CFOs and senior finance professionals across the financial services space. He has advised a broad range of clients globally and has a track record of placing a significant number of senior level strategic searches across wider corporate functions.
Justin began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999, where he qualified as a chartered accountant within the assurance and advisory practice, focusing on insurance and investment clients. Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, Justin worked at Korn Ferry as the CFO lead across Financial Services and at JD Haspel where he led the Financial Officers Practice.
Justin holds an insurance & investment management degree from CASS Business School. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales. Whilst currently based in London, Justin has lived and worked in the US and Germany.
