Gareth is a Consultant in the Insurance practice in London where he focusses on Savings & Retirement and Insurtech. He started his career within the credit / asset finance space where he spent four years working with Captive Finance Houses and Banks at MJM Resourcing. Upon moving to Mulsanne Partnership, he gravitated towards FinTech and Capital Markets working with global software houses.
Abhishek is a Managing Director and specialises in the Asset Management, Alternatives Investment, Private Equity and Real Estate business in the EMEA region. Abhishek focuses on senior executive search and works in partnership with a range of clients including Institutional Investors, Pension Funds, Endowments, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Asset Managers, Alternative Investors, Private Equity and Real Estate firms. In addition, he leads the Global Functions and Financial Officers practice in the Middle East. Before joining Sheffield Haworth he previously worked in the Global Financial Services practice at Heidrick & Struggles, where he executed searches across functional and specialist areas in financial services.
Adam is a Managing Director in the Consulting & Professional Services practice, based in the London office. He jointly leads the EMEA Services practice and has a particular focus on the Consulting market. He has been in the Executive Search industry for over twenty years. Prior to Sheffield Haworth he founded merlinspencer in 2008, before joining the leadership team of nbi in 2016. He moved to Sheffield Haworth in 2017 as part of their acquisition of nbi Consulting. Adam’s clients span Strategy, Operations, Technology and Digital and he has operated across most industry sectors. He has worked extensively with the Big 4 but has also supported the growth of numerous small to mid-sized consultancies through practice builds, market mapping, insight and executive search. He has a track record of developing long-term partnerships with clients, working hand-in-hand with their talent teams to help achieve their strategic growth objectives.
Adam Gillibrand is a Managing Director in the Global Banking practice based in Sydney. Adam has an impeccable track record in advising the leadership of many of the world’s leading financial institutions on strategy and execution of human capital and talent initiatives. His focus has been on all aspects of the investment banking suite for global and regional investment banks, boutique advisory firms and private equity firms. Adam has led senior-level search mandates, including individual target hires and team build outs and has successfully led and executed several consulting projects focused on competitor intelligence and overall market analysis. Adam also provides competitive intelligence management scans, management and cultural assessments with the Sheffield Haworth assessment team, benchmarking and succession planning, market sentiment analysis, and compensation analytics and advisory. Adam has led a process-driven, research-intensive methodology which truly differentiates Sheffield Haworth from the competition. Previously, Adam was at Options Group where he was a Managing Partner. He re-joined the Options Group in 2016 following its acquisition of Broadstreet Global, a firm he founded in 2009. Over his twenty-five years‘ of experience in international executive search, Adam has completed a wide range search and strategic assignments for financial services clients . Adam previously served the Board of Epilepsy Action Australia for two years as Non-Executive Director.
