Debbie is a Managing Director at Sheffield Haworth. Her role is focused on talent acquisition and hiring, on-boarding, global L&D, employee engagement, benefits and performance management. Before having a career break to bring up her children, Debbie worked in Singapore as Head of HR APAC for the Derivatives Consulting group Arq International, HSBC and for The Blomfield group, a specialist recruitment company. She holds a BSc from Royal Holloway University.
