Adriaan is a Managing Director in the Change Consulting Practice at Sheffield Haworth. His core experience is in business and technology transformation within financial services – both buy side and sell side. Adriaan works closely with a range of clients as a trusted advisor helping them to solve complex issues and deliver successful outcomes across Risk, Regulatory and Technology Change. Adriaan joined SH Consulting in 2015, which was acquired by Sheffield Haworth in 2019, where he started as an Engagement Manager driving business growth and supporting the delivery of strategic and tactical change programmes. He works closely with a range of Investment Banks and Asset and Wealth Managers providing them with specialists for Change and Transformation initiatives. He has developed excellent relationships with clients delivering Consultancy engagements for Front, Middle and Back Office solutions and system implementations. Adriaan’s success with clients is built upon a friendly professional demeanour, an instinctive curiosity, and a conscientious approach to delivery.
