Aastha joins Sheffield Haworth as a Senior Associate in the Technology practice based in the London office.
Prior to joining Sheffield Haworth, Aastha spent nearly three years with a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she focused on the Technology and Consumer sectors, working with leading organisations, including FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. More recently, she also worked with an AI-native talent assessment start-up, as a Business Psychologist, designing evidence-based and AI-enabled assessment solutions to support data-driven hiring decisions.
Aastha holds an Msc in Occupational & Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey, and outside of work she enjoys karaoke, exploring art museums and indulging in new cusines.
