Juliette is responsible for the European Equities and Cross-Asset Derivatives as part of the Markets team. She specialises in Equity Derivatives and also conducts senior searches in Equity cash across sales and research. Previously, Juliette was Senior Partner at Hammond Partners, where she built the firm’s Equity Derivatives practice. She started her career in executive search in 2000 with Russell Reynolds. Prior to that, she worked in strategy consulting with Monitor Company in Paris and London. Juliette holds a Master in Economics and Financial Markets for Paris-Sorbonne.
