Jannah is a Consultant in the Global Real Estate Practice, where she focuses on execution of senior-level searches and team builds. Previously, she worked at Parity Partners, a boutique executive search firm that specialized in diversity hiring for private equity/venture capital firms, hedge funds, and fast-growing technology companies. Jannah started her career as a genomic laboratory scientist and holds dual degrees in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
