Adam is a Managing Director based in the London office. He jointly leads the Global Services practice and has a particular focus on the Consulting market. He has been in the Executive Search industry for over twenty-five years. Prior to Sheffield Haworth he founded merlinspencer in 2008, before joining the Board of nbi Consulting in 2016. He moved to Sheffield Haworth in 2017 as part of their acquisition of nbi.
Adam’ specialises in moving Partners and Senior Partners across the consulting landscape. His clients span Strategy, Operations, Technology and Digital and he has operated across most industry sectors. He has worked extensively with the Big 4 but has also supported the growth of numerous small to mid-sized consultancies through practice builds, market mapping, insight and executive search. He has a track record of developing long-term partnerships with clients, working hand-in-hand with their talent teams and senior leadership to help achieve their strategic growth objectives.
