Riana Cloie “Cloie” Valenzuela is an Executive Assistant supporting Aabhishek Vats, Head of the Wealth & Asset Management practice in Dubai.
She began her career in Human Resources after earning her bachelor’s degree in Communication in 2018. In 2021, she moved to the Middle East and joined an insurance brokerage as a receptionist and executive assistant to the CEO, gaining broad exposure across organisational support and employee engagement. She later transitioned into executive search, taking on an Executive Assistant and Office Manager role where she expanded her responsibilities and contributed to projects focused on leadership and workplace culture.
Outside of work, Cloie enjoys spending time outdoors with her son, watching documentary films with her family, and exploring new hobbies that keep her active and creative.
