Prior to joining us, Niles spent over two years with Heidrick & Struggles where they focused on the Private Equity and Private Credit markets. They also provided support to the broader financial services’ practice. Niles holds a degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, and enjoys sports and studying history.
