Tom joined Sheffield Haworth from DRAX Executive, where he focused on CEO, Chair and Operating Partner hires across Enterprise Software and Tech-Enabled Services. DRAX is one of the UK’s leading specialist search firms for investor-backed businesses providing leadership insights, executive change and deal advisory services. Prior to DRAX, Tom ran the CEO & NED search practice at La Fosse where he worked with Private Equity clients across various geographies, primarily UK & US. Before this, he was a founding team member of AlphaSkill UK (employee no.2) where he was sector lead for Tech & Tech-Enabled Business Services.
