Fergus is an Executive Director in Sheffield Haworth’s Services practice and leads on talent assignments for a range of early stage and mid-sized venture backed businesses through to listed, large cap organisations. For the last three years, he has focused on building the Business Services practice supporting private equity firms and management teams across professional services, information services, BPO, corporate and trust services. Fergus joined Sheffield Haworth in 2017 as part of the acquisition of nbi Consulting where he was a Consultant. Based in the London office since 2019, Fergus was previously with based in Hong Kong for several years. Fergus gained a BSc Hons degree in Business Management from Newcastle University before moving into Executive Research with nbi Consulting in 2012.
