He began his career in China in 2018, working in venture capital and later joining a startup accelerator within a global insurance group in Shenzhen. After returning to the U.S. in 2020, he transitioned into executive search, navigating complex search strategies across private equity, venture capital, and publicly listed businesses.
Matt holds a degree in international business and outside of work he enjoys staying active.
