Damian is a member of the Real Assets team and responsible for the Energy practice globally working closely with colleagues in Infrastructure and Real Estate. Damian has completed critical leadership and ExCo assignments across EMEA, APAC and the Americas, drawing on two decades of experience working in oil and natural gas advising corporates, merchants, asset managers and investment banks on people-led organizational transformation.

The practice has evolved from mainly secondary market coverage to include principal investment and portfolio company leadership across energy, renewables and the transition. In addition to search, assignments include succession planning, perception studies, and executive-level leadership mandates across the sector. The practice continues to evolve incorporating sustainability and is increasingly involved in mandates concerning the energy transition.
