Amit is a Senior Associate in the CTS Practice. He leads our datahub in India and is supporting multi-hire team and practice-build engagements. Previously, Amit worked at Egon Zehnder where he spent six and a half years as a Research Analyst in the Global Services Practice. He was primarily focused on the professional services segment working with clients including McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Alvarez & Marsal, Hilti, Linedata, Volkswagen Consulting and Accenture on Partner level searches. Prior to this he was in the Research Operations team within the firm where he supported search teams globally and led a team of Researchers. Amit started his career with CARMA international, a UK based company engaged in media research activities. Amit has a BA in Business Administration from Sambalpur University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management.
