Paul Gillespie leads the Global Deep Tech Practice and is based in our London office. Paul delivers global searches to find the best talent for European early and mid-stage technology companies. He specialises in broad based physical science technologies, recently including robotics, batteries, photonics, satellite constellations and rocket ships. Paul previously founded and successfully ran Gillamor Stephens, a digital and technology executive search business with his business partner, Steve Morrison which was acquired by Sheffield Haworth in 2018. Prior to founding Gillamor Stephens in 1998, Paul was Director of Search & Selection for a recruitment company that was bought by a publicly quoted executive search business. Paul holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from York University.
