Aaditya is an Associate. Prior to joining the team, he spent over two years with Heidrick & Struggles knowledge management team where he focused on Fortune 100 and Euro 500 Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer projects. Aaditya was responsible for executing the research project from start to finish, which involved preparing project plans, assigning tasks to team members, ensuring work was reviewed by auditors, and delivering the final product to clients within the specified timeframe.
Aaditya holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Operations from Bhavan’s Usha and Lakshmi Mittal Institute of Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Maharaja Ganga Singh University. In his free time, Aaditya enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading.
