  • Orderly closure of a distressed Cayman fund structure – saving $2m USD of operational costs per annum, whilst retaining over 90% of AUM within the wider range.
  • Launch of a new U.K. retail Multi Asset fund range (6 x risk managed NURS funds) with AUM now above £1bn less than 3 years from launch.
  • Strategic purchase and integration of a full-service Korean investment manager, adding AUM of +$7bn into a UK investment manager onto a bespoke low cost operating model.

 

This review will be led by our Principal Consultant from our Product Practice, Peter Lunn. Tom joined Sheffield Haworth in 2019, during the acquisition of S&H Consulting.  Tom works within the Wealth, Asset and Investment Management Industry assisting with their Change and Transformation agenda.  He has developed excellent relationships with clients delivering Consultancy engagements for New Product Launches (ESG / TTF), Digital Transformations and deadline driven Regulatory Programmes.
