Unlocking Operational Efficiency from your Product Range

It is now, more than ever, vital to release Operational Efficiencies from Products and Distribution structure whilst ensuring your product line is fit for purpose, offerings are competitive, in-line with market demand and scalable.

To ensure you’re achieving maximum efficiency and to fully identify any Product and Distribution channel opportunities, targetable asset classes (including ESG and Tax Transparent offerings) and automation capabilities whilst unlocking back office savings, SH Consulting will provide a comprehensive 4-6 week independent review of:

  • Product Strategy

  • Reduced the size of FTSE250 Investment Managers product range by more than 10%, cutting Distribution costs and unlocking significant back office savings of £4.5m per annum whilst maintaining AUM and new sales flow.
  • Orderly closure of a distressed Cayman fund structure – saving $2m USD of operational costs per annum, whilst retaining over 90% of AUM within the wider range.
  • Launch of a new U.K. retail Multi Asset fund range (6 x risk managed NURS funds) with AUM now above £1bn less than 3 years from launch.
  • Strategic purchase and integration of a full-service Korean investment manager, adding AUM of +$7bn into a UK investment manager onto a bespoke low cost operating model.
