John has worked in Executive Search and Talent Consulting for over 25 years and joined Sheffield Haworth in 2017 as part of the acquisition of nbi Consulting, where he was previously Chairman. He focuses across the entirety of the Business & Professional services sector. Prior to nbi he worked for Penna Consulting, one of the UK’s largest Human Capital management consulting companies, where he was a member of the executive committee. Prior to joining Penna he established Talisman, a business focussed on the provision of Executive Search services to organisations in the Technology, Media, Telecommunications, Professional services and Commercial sectors.
