Bio
Andrew is a Managing Director in the Technology Practice based in London and specialising in the international Enterprise Software and SaaS market.
Prior to its acquisition by Sheffield Haworth in 2022, Andrew co-founded and successfully led Symbiosis Search for 20 years focused on hiring senior-level leadership talent for start-up and scale-up Enterprise Software companies across the Europe, North America and Asia Pacific regions. During this time, he was involved in the launch and build-out of some of the most successful Enterprise Software and SaaS growth companies – from start-up through hyper-growth to successful IPO or exit.
Before starting Symbiosis Search in 2002, Andrew led the Enterprise Software practice for a leading European Executive Search business before joining Blue Martini Software – a leading Dotcom Boom-era eCommerce and CRM software vendor – to lead the international Talent Acquisition team.
Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Southampton.
