These are unprecedented times across the world as we all pull together against COVID-19. We wanted to reassure you that at Sheffield Haworth, it is business as usual.


The health and safety of our employees, clients and candidates is of the utmost importance and we will continue to monitor the situation closely day by day. 


We understand that many businesses are facing widespread disruption at this time as well as grappling with the effects on the wider economy.  We remain committed to supporting our clients with their talent requirements, whether that is through ongoing or new search processes to support long term needs, or through interim or project team support to help with immediate resource challenges.


Our global network of employees are on hand to advise and support you, ensuring that you still have access to the best talent, expertise and market knowledge.  Given the current situation we will work closely in partnership with our clients to ensure that we are tailoring project deliverables and milestones to address any specific challenges these engagements might face.


In recent years we have invested heavily in technology, systems and processes enabling us to operate seamlessly from wherever we are located.  We are limiting the number of face to face meetings, using video conferencing facilities such as Zoom, Skype for Business, FaceTime and Microsoft Teams to ensure interviews, briefings and meetings can continue and lines of communication are kept open.  We will also be looking into ways in which clients can more easily access information to ongoing projects.
