Sheffield Haworth appoints Tim McEwan to lead Talent Development & Advisory Services Practice

 

Tim McEwanSheffield Haworth, the global talent consultancy in people led transformationachange is delighted to announce the appointment of Tim McEwan as Managing Director, Talent Development and Advisory services. Tim has spent his career specialising in organisational culture and leadership providing development and advisory services to individual executives and wider organisations through boards, executive committees and management teams.    

 

After a 10 year career serving in the British Army, Tim moved in-house as Global Head of Leadership and Learning at the global asset manager, Henderson (now Janus Henderson Investors). In that role he was responsible for supporting the CEO in changing the culture, embedding the new strategy and aligning the organisation behind it.  In 2013 Tim established TMD International advising several organisations across financial services, technology, hospitality, construction and pharma sectors. In 2015, he was appointed a Fellow in Management Practice at The University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School where he collaborates with the Executive Education department. His teaching is focused on Leadership, Culture and High performance in Teams.
