We are working with a leading UK based Cloud and Managed Services company.


Our client is looking to hire a Chief Sales Officer to lead the development, implementation and ultimately deliver the Sales strategy moving forward.


The CSO role is an extremely substantial and influential role within the company. The successful candidate will ensure the development and success of the business by implementing the appropriate processes and controls and scaling the entire sales function in order drive revenue growth and to allow the entire business to scale at pace.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of successfully building and developing a recurring revenue model
  • Exposure to generating revenue from a diverse client range of clients in the mid-market
  • Experience of scaling and leading with the ability to train, grow and mature sales teams.
  • Track record of consistent (over) performance.
  • Exposure of working with investors
  • A high energy individual who will build strong relationships with clients and the wider business
