Our Client is a global provider of end-to-end, integrated AI-powered Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain Solutions which delivers profitable revenue growth for Retailers & CPG Manufacturers. The company provides user predictive analytics and prescriptive recommendations which make it easier to identify growth opportunities, activate plans and realise profit and revenue growth, from supplier to shelf.

The company is rapidly expanding the European organisation, and as such are looking to bring in a Director, SI Partnerships to create and lead SI partnerships across the European region. This is a highly visible and strategic role where exceptional relationship building skills coupled with a strong background in identifying and closing complex SaaS deals will directly influence the company’s revenue growth and strategic plans for the European region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and partner with global Systems Integrators (SIs). Build and develop strong, sustainable relationships with SI partners and take ownership for managing the SI partnerships to maximise sales
  • Define, develop and implement the SI partnerships strategy, the SI partnerships sales model and the SI partnerships market proposition to achieve the planned sales targets and deliver profitable revenue growth
  • Engage with SI partners at the highest level and ensure SI partners view and represent the company as the supplier of choice and go-to provider of Retail solutions in the market
  • Proactively identify opportunities in short, mid and long-term timeframes across SI vertical industries
  • Lead complex SaaS contract negotiations through and with Systems Integrator partners and the sales team, maximizing the revenue and margin position
  • Work with the sales teams from the SI and SEAI to drive sales of SRAI solutions within the European region


Key Experiences

  • Significant experience of managing SI partnerships with Grocery Retail clients – right through from identifying the opportunity, building strong relationships, leading complex negotiations
  • Extensive experience and a performance track record of successfully delivering profitable revenue growth through managing a SI partnerships programme, within a Retail and CPG environment
  • Highly experienced in defining, developing and implementing the SI partnerships strategy, the SI partnerships sales model and the SI partnerships market proposition for a Retail software provider
  • Seasoned SI partnership leader, with strong experience of building and developing robust, long-term client SI partner relationships, with a strong personal network of contacts within the Retail and CPG arena
  • Experience of brokering complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win complex contractual service agreements with Retail and CPG customers through SI partners
