    Desaf\u00edo<\/strong><\/p>

    Nuestro cliente es un fondo soberano con sede en Oriente Medio. Su patrimonio supera los 650.000 millones de d\u00f3lares. <\/p>

    La misi\u00f3n del cliente es invertir fondos en nombre del Gobierno para disponer de los recursos financieros necesarios para asegurar y mantener el bienestar futuro de la regi\u00f3n.
    El cliente hab\u00eda crecido significativamente en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os y hab\u00eda llegado a un punto en el que la empresa quer\u00eda crear una nueva Funci\u00f3n de Riesgos independiente para proporcionar un apoyo m\u00e1s estrat\u00e9gico al negocio. Tras una revisi\u00f3n realizada por McKinsey, se encarg\u00f3 a Sheffield Haworth que llevara a cabo una b\u00fasqueda global para encontrar al nuevo Director de Riesgos y al equipo de liderazgo ejecutivo que apoyar\u00eda a esta persona. Estas funciones inclu\u00edan las de Jefe de Riesgo de Inversi\u00f3n, Jefe de Riesgo de Contraparte, Jefe de Riesgo Operativo y Jefe de An\u00e1lisis de Carteras Ajustadas al Riesgo.
    La b\u00fasqueda se dirigi\u00f3 a candidatos de nivel MD de los sectores de compra y venta de todo el mundo, tal era el deseo de atraer a la organizaci\u00f3n a profesionales de la gesti\u00f3n de riesgos l\u00edderes del sector.     Nuestro cliente es un banco de inversi\u00f3n mundial y una empresa de servicios financieros. Sheffield Haworth recibi\u00f3 el mandato de trabajar en un proyecto plurianual de transformaci\u00f3n del riesgo, apoyando tanto al actual Director de Riesgos del Grupo como, inicialmente, al Director General del Grupo EMEA.
