We recently hosted a Guest Panel on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the APAC region chaired by Helen Tudor.


Our expert Panel of Leaders from a range of organisations and sectors across the region discussed:

  • How global organisations are achieving greater gender equality in the APAC region?  What programmes (e.g. mentoring, building diverse talent pipelines, introducing hiring targets) are having an impact?
  • How are organisations extending these programmes to include ethnic diversity and enable their people across the region to work in inclusive teams?
  • How do companies ensure inclusion of all staff at a time of sustained remote working?  And how do we maintain inclusion with some employees returning to offices and others continuing to self-isolate or shield?

Dr. Susan Entwistle
Associate Partner, EY
Susan is a trusted partner to leaders on the use of digital for competitive advantage. Susan has extensive experience in leadership, digital strategy, innovation and delivery of large digital projects across multiple industries.  Susan was Assistant Vice President, Cognizant Digital Business and Executive Director / Distinguished Technologist at Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services /  She is a sought-out public speaker on digital, innovation, leadership and diversity and inclusion. Susan is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion. She was recognised with the 2019 ISG Paragon ANZ Award, Woman in Technology.  Susan has a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science and Software Engineering, Monash University, Melbourne, Australia 2008.


Colin Teo
Principal, BCG
Colin is a Principal in BCG Singapore’s office and topic lead for Diversity and Inclusion in Southeast Asia. He is the author of a recent publication, “The Diversity Dividend in Southeast Asia”, and is also a core member of BCG’s Telecommunications, Media, Technology (TMT) and Public Sector Practice Areas.


Julia van Graas
Co-Founder, Spiique
Julia van Graas is a globally experienced advisor, interim executive, facilitator, coach and speaker. As a co-founder of Spiique, a Certified Dare to LeadTM Facilitator, Executive Coach and a Chartered Accountant she supports leadership teams striving for greatness by helping them find their courage to have the conversations that matter – the real conversations that create change in relationships, teams and cultures.


Abigail Browne
Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Executive Hiring, Standard Chartered Bank
Abigail is a professional executive recruiter and talent sourcer with global TA experience across UK & Asia, currently in the executive hiring team at Standard Chartered Bank. She is passionate about D&I initiatives and conversations, driving change and developing innovation mindsets in organisations. Along with her executive TA role, she is also a Venture Lead & Intrapreneur within SC Ventures.
