We are hiring an HR Manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic operational team.

Overview of the Role

We are searching for an experienced HR professional to work from the UK within central operations supporting the global business. The focus of the role will be to develop and enhance our learning and development offering, to expand and broaden our capability and incorporate the greater employee experience across all aspects of HR.

At Sheffield Haworth we are passionate about our helping employees realise their potential. This role will focus on L&D and incorporate aspects of onboarding, objective setting, performance management and measurement, career progression, culture and inclusion.


What you will bring?

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their suitability to meet the following profile:

  • Develop, implement and deliver a progressive learning and development program
  • Manage and develop existing training functionality
  • Research external training providers and identifying potential partners for the business
  • Incorporate innovative L&D techniques and varied platforms
  • Align the L&D offering with business requirements and role competencies
  • Work closely with managers to ensure integration of talent management and career progression
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery against a strategic plan
  • Incorporating L&D into employee experience and culture of the company
  • Play an integral role in induction, onboarding, cultural initiatives and inclusion
  • Oversee the Global Mentor / Buddy Program
  • Communicate and build effective relationships with colleagues
  • Strive continually for improvement and demonstrate strong organisational skills
  • Promote core behaviours and values


Salary and benefits

  • This is a permanent full-time position
  • Salary dependent on skills/experience
  • Annual discretionary bonus
  • 25 days holiday allowance (increasing to 28 days after four years of service)
