We are hiring for an Executive Assistant to join our busy and fast growing operations team in London.

Overview of the Role

We are seeking an energetic, polished and well-spoken Executive Assistant to support our Global Technology, Data and Digital team. The ideal candidate will be highly flexible with experience in multi-tasking on many levels, and managing multiple projects with changing priorities. As our teams are all global, the ideal candidate will have experience working with global colleagues.



  • Provide ongoing support in all aspects of the executive search process.
  • Produce documents including, but not limited to, marketing presentations, search reports, candidate CVs, research papers/white papers and internal reports.
  • Manage and maintain a heavy, ever-changing calendar.
  • Coordinate travel, both international and domestic.
  • Plan, execute and finalize internal projects according to strict deadlines.
  • Management of Candidate database and reporting for Global Technology, Data and Digital team.
  • Confidential handling of corporate material.
  • Work with fellow support teammates answering switchboard calls, greeting and directing guests and maintaining the professional appearance of the facilities.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in executive search/recruiting, HR, financial services or professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Able to handle information in a confidential and discreet manner.
  • Have a team player mentality along with a positive attitude.
  • Well organized with a calm, unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Salary and benefits

  • Salary dependent on skill/experience, plus annual discretionary bonuses.
  • Generous paid time off – start at 3 weeks vacation annually, rising to 4 weeks after 2 years of service.
