Overview of the Role

We are seeking Associates in London across many of our business lines who possess exceptional organisational and analytical skills, with a genuine interest in working for a professional client-facing business. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and with a focused team.

This role provides an ideal opportunity for you to join a highly respected global executive search business, supporting the hiring of top executives into some of the most recognised companies in the world. Associates collaborate with their Consultant(s) in the following areas:

  • Knowledge Management & Desk Research:
    • Market & Product Knowledge
    • Networking & Sourcing
    • Data Entry & Data Management
  • Execution:
    • Telephone interviews/Profiling
    • Face-to-Face interviews
    • Candidate Management
    • Written Work – profile development
    • Candidate & Client Interaction
    • Assisting consultants with Business Development



  • A minimum of 6 months’ experience working in an office environment.
  • Excellent data mining skills / desk-based research skills.
  • Ability to archive and assimilate information.
  • Confident phone manners and willingness to make extensive contact with people via the telephone, including making cold calls.
  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to adapt to IT systems and databases quickly, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook email – and Adobe Pro.
  • High energy and work ethic, team player.
