Giving Back

We are committed to giving back to individuals within our local and global communities to help them fulfil their potential.

To help us achieve our goal, we have aligned ourselves with a number of organisations globally who we have committed to donating a percentage of our profits to in 2020.

Some of the initiatives and charities we are supporting include:

We are helping to fund and provide mentoring and coaching for disadvantaged young people in London, supporting them and helping them prepare for a Dragon’s Den event where groups from different schools pitch against each other to win money towards their chosen charity.

Global Kids is a youth development charity based in the US, who work with over 3,000 public school students from underserved neighbourhoods every week on community outreach programmes, to tap into young people’s interests and leadership potential.

We have offset our 2019 global business travel carbon footprint through planting 3200 trees across the world.

This is in addition to our employee volunteering and fundraising activity for a number of local and global charities, which includes giving blood, bake sales and participating in a number of charity sporting events to help raise money for our chosen charities at a regional level.

We are committed to regularly taking on interns and work experience students across our teams and office locations enabling them to learn key skills through real-time projects that will help them with both their studies and their future careers.

UN Sustainable Development Goals

Additionally, we fully support The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015 which provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. There are 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership. They recognize that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth – all while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.
